Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

Effective immediately, staff is being instructed not to enter any apartment unless there is a situation that requires it (i.e. an immediate health/safety issue for a resident or a condition within the apartment requiring immediate attention). Staff are being instructed to maintain a social distance of three (WHO guidance) to six feet (CDC guidance) when interacting with residents. When possible, please use email or telephone to communicate with staff. It may become necessary to close the management office to the public and take appointments only. As of February 2021: In its latest guidelines, The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) advises that double masking (wearing a cloth mask over a medical mask) can increase protection against the coronavirus. To be tested or sign up for an appointment for the vaccine, this website serves Miramar. Dates change often, so it is best to check daily. If you are unable to secure an appointment, you can be added to the Notification List using the same webpage.
